The Problem

The client’s original capability statement was designed for print with facing pages, but as it was predominantly shared via email, the format was not suitable.

What we Did

The initial redesign was created in Adobe InDesign to establish a polished layout and cohesive design. I then imported the document into Canva, allowing the client the flexibility to make updates as their business evolved, such as staff changes or new projects.

We worked with the client to expand the original statement into four unique versions: Peak Group, Peak Civil, Peak Plumbing and Gas, and Peak Plumbing and Gas Residential. Each version was customised with distinct content and layouts to reflect the specific focus.

The Outcome

To further streamline their branding, I set up their Canva account with preloaded brand assets, including logos, photos, and project templates. This ensured their team could easily maintain consistency and efficiency when updating documents or creating new materials.

We empowered the client with the tools to manage and evolve their statements independently over time.

Converting Documents To Canva

For Documents – Once final changes have been made, we then upload the materials into your Canva Pro account and meticulously convert them to Canva’s format so you can edit them later. This process is not a short walk in the park!

Editable Deocuments Delivery

The world is yours. You can make changes as you see fit to keep your assets up to date with the changes in your business grows.

If we have set up your brand, you will also be able to create social media posting directly from Canva and use any templates we have created for you such as letterhead or email signatures for consistent branding in your business.
